My initial visit to Piazza Honda was to get an oil change and I had one of the advisors check the daytime running lights heat first came back and stated that because of it being an aftermarket part I needed and I had one of the advisors check the daytime running lights heat first came back and stated that because of it being an aftermarket part I needed to change the whole unit so I stated I would go back to where the car had the aftermarket part put in and see what they could do I came then to find out that the new LED lights that I placed in back in November was taken out therefore instructed my second visit to find out what happened to that light and I was given an explanation of they didn't know what happened to the lights and somehow they found it in the engine compartment of some sort which I didn't understand how when I've driven the car for a whole week before going in for that second visit third visit I got one of the managers call because of the survey that I completed that prompted the daytime running light which they couldn't figure out why on the first visit or the second visit it was never explained to me that it was overheating which on the third visit is what was explained which doesn't make any sense to me why on the third visit all of a sudden it was overheating when it never overheated to begin with they should have explained that to me the first time I will not be returning to Piazza Honda I did not like the service very disappointed More

I've been a customer of Piazza Honda of Reading since 2007. Personnel are always very helpful and friendly. When bringing my car in for service, I wait in their waiting room which is very comfortable a 2007. Personnel are always very helpful and friendly. They couldn't find anything particularly wrong but did suggest a transmission fluid replacement . They didn't try to upsell me and the fluid replacement fixed it! The service is good but for the second time they rotated my tires and by the time I got home I had a low tire pressure warning and had to recalibrate. Also I gave them 2 coupons 1 for $5 off an oil change my tires and by the time I got home I had a low tire pressure warning and had to recalibrate. Also I gave them 2 coupons 1 for $5 off an oil change and the other one if the costs went over a $100, my bill was a $100.37 and they only gave me the $5 coupon. More
