Need to report that there have been issues the last two times I was in. One time, i got a new battery and when I went to start my car it would not start. It was in there but not connected. Not good. The last time I was there (inspection) it was advised I replace filter. I agreed. Got into my car and the air filter was literally sitting on the passenger seat. It had not been installed. What if it had been put down somewhere else besides my passenger seat? I would have paid for the filter and instillation and not received the product or service. So no. I have not been extremely pleased with service the last two times. I keep coming back because of Theresa. She is amazing. More
Nothing against the dealership but to Honda or maybe it is the dealership. I do not like the they call an Uber for their courtesy transportation. Purchased a vehicle. Within 10 days attempted to contact dealership for assistance with issue. Continued contact with no response until we sent over a work order showing our vehicle failed inspection. They asked to fix issue. They only replaced one of the struts. Our vehicle still can not pass inspection. To top it all off. Our vehicle was returned with under half a tank of gas and completely dirty after having it for a week. Do not purchase anything, service or vehicle, from this dealer group. We have given this company ample time to resolve our issue and failed on every step. More
