Called Fri afternoon to schedule appointment for inspection, oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid flush & fill. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment 10am Saturday. Thank you for inspection, oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid flush & fill. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment 10am Saturday. Thank you for getting me in so quickly! Especially since my inspection was due at the end of August. Oops! Very friendly & helpful staff. Spoke with support staff and sales staff while I waited for service. Looked at new & used cars. Saw & talked with Edwin, who sold me my 2017 CRV 4.25 years ago. Everyone was great! Like getting updates on cell phone & video showing my unevenly worn tires. Great way to show I needed a wheel alignment. More

Excellent service; always willing to help with any issue. From the Valet to leaving the lot I usually have the best experience. I actually don't want to give a rating because the State Inspect and oil change service was done well and quicker than expected. My problem is that the oil change that used to cost $24.95 was now $74.95.... Inspect and oil change service was done well and quicker than expected. My problem is that the oil change that used to cost $24.95 was now $74.95....How much does oil cost anyway????? Theresa person was nice and did her job and retrieved me from the customer lounge. I will be getting oil changes someplace else from now on. More
