I had a very disturbing and offensive experience. As suggested by your staff, I brought a personal check to pay for the service to avoid additional credit card fees. When picking up my vehicle and paying, I was told that the total amount due was too much for one personal check. Because the dealership was unable to verify funds at the time, I was asked to pull up my personal back account on my phone, and show it to a sales person in the showroom. What reasonable, professional business asks their customers to share this personal information of the amount of money they have in their bank account, and actually show it to an employee? I had no choice but to comply if I wanted to get my vehicle back, which I needed in order to go to work the next morning. This awful experience will make me think about going elsewhere in the future. This was unacceptable. If you were trying to offend your customers, you succeeded. More
