I did not feel very accomodated when planning to bring in my car for recall work. They do not want me to wait and they will not give me a loaner car and the shuttle would not take me back and forth to my hom my car for recall work. Also I think it is awful that i am being charged 3.5% extra to use a credit card. Often times you cant plan ahead for charges. I am anxiously awaiting the opening of a different Honda dealer. More

I bought my 2012 Honda from Piazza Honda in 2015 & have always have it serviced there. I am completely pleased with every aspect of the service. The staff is polite & professional. Great counter tech, I was kept up to date about my car. Now the bad news is that the dealership is charging an additional 3.5% fee to use a credit card. I feel the prices for service are already at the top end of the scale for Honda/Acura and this just adds insult to injury. It's another hidden price increase during rough economic times. Just another reason for customers to skip any preventative maintenance and do the bare minimum to get by. More
