I had an oil change and rear brakes done on Friday 9/20/24 I had to take the vehicle back 2 times because the work was not completed correctly. When they completed the oil change the tech forgot to re 9/20/24 I had to take the vehicle back 2 times because the work was not completed correctly. When they completed the oil change the tech forgot to reset the maintenance reminder so that went on when we were drive so I had to take it back on 24th . I than realize when I had parked on hill that the agency brake had not been adjusted as the car started to roll back. I had to take back on 10/2 and again waited. Our CR-V had an unusual problem and we think it was handled well. The Piazza staff was cooperative and informative. The cost of repair was more than we liked of course. But it made sense. Lots of labor to replace the airbag harness and other items. Our insurance covered most of the cost. We do harbor apprehension that rodent damage could occur again and are taking some preventive measures with rodent poison and scents they dislike. An interesting experience but it was well handled.
