I actually don't want to give a rating because the State Inspect and oil change service was done well and quicker than expected. My problem is that the oil change that used to cost $24.95 was now $74.95.... Inspect and oil change service was done well and quicker than expected. I will be getting oil changes someplace else from now on. More

Theresa was incredibly helpful throughout my entire service process. I needed to renew my registration upon drop-off, and she was both amenable and assistive in ensuring my vehicle could still receive service process. I needed to renew my registration upon drop-off, and she was both amenable and assistive in ensuring my vehicle could still receive service while I managed my registration. She had given me her business card to streamline the process, including summarizing details before completing my transaction. This proved she goes above and beyond for her customers which is endearing when our (customers’) lives are hectic as it is. I will return to Reading for all of my future services without question.
