Charles was great along with his coworker Roman. I had a problem with the finance guy Kevin B. I did my homework on approximately what our interest rate should be and the number he came up with was I had a problem with the finance guy Kevin B. I did my homework on approximately what our interest rate should be and the number he came up with was 2% higher than my bank. After I mentioned that he quickly lowered it 1%. Well why wasn’t the lower rate disclosed at the beginning. The next problem I had was the term of the loan. Roman asked what’s it going to take to make this happen. I was very specific in wanting a 60 month loan and a car payment would be 250 a month. He wrote that number down, took it to the sales manager and that’s when sales manager took it to the finance guy which was Kevin. He went over the numbers and we declined the extended warranty. I was very specific asking for the 60 month term. Kevin assured me it’s a 60 month after I even questioned it twice. He showed us the monthly payment which was lower than I figured. He never showed us the 60 on the finance term paper , here it turns out he made it for 72 months. That little backdoor finance ploy doesn’t sit well with me. After complaining to the dealer they decided they couldn’t change the sales agreement and decided just to cut me a 250 dollar check for the trouble. My family is a Honda family and are faithful to this dealership but will pause in the future for potential service and car buying. More

All went smooth. Just an inspection,,oil change and differential fluid change. Wasn't that happy that I buy a certified vehicle with a little over 8 thousand miles on Just an inspection,,oil change and differential fluid change.
