Matt Steffan calls occasionally to see how we are doing and if there is anything he can do for us. During his last call I told him how pleased I was with our 2013 Civic. We also have a 2011 Civic on lease and if there is anything he can do for us. During his last call I told him how pleased I was with our 2013 Civic. We also have a 2011 Civic on lease which my wife drives. Matt called back within 15 minutes asking if we'd be interested in moving from the 2011 Civic to a new 2013 Civic. I told him he would have to "WOW" me with a deal and sure enough after a few days of negotiations he had us convinced that it was in our best interest to lease a new 2013 civic now rather than wait until the end of our 2011 lease. Matt has always been the consumate professional in all of our dealings. He is upfront with what he can do or not do and gives a detailed explanation of why. In addition, we always have our Hondas (and there have been many over the years) serviced at Piazza Honda of Reading. The service team is friendly, courteous and prompt with any service we have needed. Hondas are safe and reliable and I would recommend Piazza Honda of Reading to any of our friends looking for a car. I'm very happy with my experience at Piazza Honda. Before beginning to look at new cars, I did some online research and arrived at the dealership very interested in a new Civic or a Fit. On my first visit I looked carefully at both cars, sat in them, but did not test drive them. That same day I looked at several other cars, but was unimpressed. Two days later I returned to Piazza to drive both cars and decided to purchase the Fit. It was a pleasure to work with sales rep Nick Hoffman. He was well-informed, friendly, and definitely not high-pressure. He answered all of my questions fully, and then gave me the space to decide between the Fit and the Civic without interference. I was amazed (and pleased!) that the purchase went so quickly and smoothly and I was able to drive my new Fit home only two hours after arriving at the dealership. This was definitely not the experience I had when purchasing my previous car. This is my first Honda, and I am quite impressed with everyone I encountered at Piazza. And I love driving my Fit! More

I called about an email I received marketing a $99 Honda Civic Lease...I needed to make some adjustments to the actual deal (15k miles instead of 12k, etc). This was my first purchase at the dealership. Jimmy helped quickly with all of my requests, and even went to get my Civic Si at another dealership because they didn't have the car I wanted in stock. Incredible price for FJ Cruiser, fair trade in value. Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with. Only complaint was after purchase I was then informed there was only one key for the vehicle.
