I traded my lease in early for a new lease with a payment of only $5.00 more a month. He was very courteous and worked hard to get me what I wanted. Because of hail 2nd car in 3 months. On may 5th I bought a new Civic, on may 18th it got hammered by hail. The damage was extensive but not enough to total. I decided that I didn't want to keep it and on july 9th I took it in and got a new one. Even though it was all beat up they worked a deal I could afford. After months of research my first Civic was my target car, and I am so happy they could get me back into a new one. Nick Hoffman was my salesperson for my first one and I went to him for my second one. He's a straight up dude, tell him what you have, and what you can afford, and he will do his best to make it happen. I give Nick and everyone I dealt with at Piazza Honda of Reading 5's across the board. Have to give a special thanks to the woman that sits to the left of the main door ( receptionist?). I came in on july 8th at lunch time and she was real busy, but took the time to answer questions and contact others that could answer questions she couldn't . Big help Wanda Stitzl.. More

We were left to sit for 1&1/2Hours, only to fill out a credit application & tell us to check with them the next day, AFTER 12 Noon! They DIDN'T show us ANY vehicle, let alone test drive one! We've been a little down on our luck recently & I feel that they just wanted to help people that were going to be an EASY sale! They told me I could get a 2008 Mini-Van... I thought you were SUPPOSED to tell them what YOU wanted to get!! In ALL OF MY CAR-PURCHASING EXPERIENCES, I HAVE N E V E R BEEN SO EMBARRASSED, DEMEANED, & HUMILIATED IN ALL of MY LIFE!! Like we were common criminals! OUTTEN CHEVROLET treated us with COURTESY, DIGNITY & RESPECT & was VERY happy to get our business. We purchased a BRAND NEW CAR with them!! More

We chose Honda because of it's excellent reputation. Nancy Juhasz went out of her way to help. Busy as they were, every e-mail or phone call was returned. She ran out to the lot to check color of car, etc. all while dealing with numerous other customers. I don't know how she handled all that craziness. But she did, always with a smile and sense of humor. We ended up buying a 2012 Accord. She made everything so easy. Love the car. Simply amazed how she handled all those customers. Had it been me, I would have quit that job. Place looked like they were giving away free cars. If you want a good car at a great place, go here. I will only buy our next car here. Great Experience We've had our 2014 Odyssey for about a week and it's been great so far. Dealing with Piazza and specifically Tom Miller was a wonderful experience. We've had our 2014 Odyssey for about a week and it's been great so far. Dealing with Piazza and specifically Tom Miller was a wonderful experience. We don't buy or lease vehicles often, so we were skeptical and looking for some type of catch with pricing, etc. However, there was no pressure from Tom and their price was certainly a fair one. This wasn't even the closest dealership to our house, but the closer one did not take interest in our business or even bother to search for the particular vehicle we wanted. Tom was extremely professional and found the vehicle we wanted. To top it off, after not having our all weather mats in stock for pick-up, and having driven some distance to this dealership a few times already (not ideal with small kids), Tom made a front door delivery to our house to drop off the mats when they were in. You can't beat that kind of service! This is definitely a dealership and salesman I would consider buying from again! More
