I really value my TSX and I expect the service personal to treat it as if it were their own. They do this and are proactive in alerting me to issues that may need attention in the near future before they c to treat it as if it were their own. I just had the battery replaced which they had warned me about following my previous visit. This is a good example of what I mean. The folks behind the counter seem to understand the importance of customer satisfaction and this is very apparent by the way they communicate with them in spite of the fact that they are clearly very busy. I value Honda products , we currently have four cars in our family and I expect my next vehicle to be a Honda probably a 4WD Crosstour. I had no idea it had so much capacity in the rear. More

I came on to the lot for business purposes and happen to see the new TSX. I instantly fell in love with it! I loved everything about it, especially the way it drove! There was just one problem....I had only been driving my trade-in for less then a year and I knew it would be very difficult if at all possible to get in to the TSX. With Rob Szymanski's hard work, and some number crunching, we made it happen! Allen Guido showed me all of the features on the car and took me for a test drive. Kevin did my paperwork, and was very friendly and efficient! The whole transaction was started and completed within a short time!
