I purchased my vehicle out right so we should never have actually met but let me tell ya, he's thee worst. Super rude, smug, disrespectful and unprofessional to the max. I emailed the gm and I am informing the BBB right after this review. Imagine working hard, saving up to buy you First car all cash and you envounter this guy!!! Good Deal - Lots of Pain I had made a deal with the on-line sales rep - within $500 of what I needed it to be. The on-line sales manager made an appointment for me at a time I had made a deal with the on-line sales rep - within $500 of what I needed it to be. The on-line sales manager made an appointment for me at a time I chose. I made it clear to the on-line sales Mgr that I did not want to drive an hour to the dealership to have things fall apart, and he assured me it wouldn't. When I arrived at the dealership, they didn't seem to know anything about my appointment time, and "gave" me a sales rep who was available. It took them a little bit of time, but they brought the vehicle that I had discussed with the on-line sales team around for us to test drive. We went on the test drive and returned to the dealership. It took them an hour to get back to us with the "numbers" and the numbers were $2,000 more than the deal I had made with the on-line sales Mgr. I asked them for the key to my car back, and the sales rep I had went to get the on-site sales Mgr to bring me my keys back. They eventually did come down on the price to the range that I had made with the on-line sales Mgr, but they subtly pointed out that the special financing would not apply at that price. My wife caught that detail and raised an objection. After one more check and one more request for the key back to our trade-in, they came back and said the special financing would work as well. I had cleared ALL of the details with the on-line sales Mgr before we left to drive to the dealership. They behaved like there was no communication and the whole process seemed like a traditional adversarial approach to the sales process. Overall, I'm happy with the deal, but the process was not what it should have been. More

Great Experience Buying New Honda CR-V EX This was our first purchase of a Honda and working with this dealership. Tom Miller was the first to greet us as we looked at cars on the lot and ther This was our first purchase of a Honda and working with this dealership. Tom Miller was the first to greet us as we looked at cars on the lot and there was no pressure for us to provide any personal information. During our three visits with Tom we found him to be very knowledgeable about the Honda vehicles we were most interested in, and very patient as we test drove two different vehicles before making our final decision. During the actual sales process Tom was very professional, understanding of our personal needs, and did everything he could to make the buying process as stress free as possible. Tom worked with his GM Craig Madrak to find a buyer for our trade-in and put together a final deal that was priced very competitively based on research that we conducted online. The Business Manager Matt Stefan also offered us a great deal on an extended warranty package. I've bought quite a few new cars over the years and overall this buying experience was the best I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership when you are interested in buying your next new car. More
Unreliable dealership, disconnected/misaligned departments This dealership wasted our very precious time and energy and made us forego much better deals elsewhere. They frustrated us by their sales people giving us wrong (lower) quotes to convince us to come to their dealership in person. Their finance department was completely unaware of what Sales was doing/quoting to customers and would not agree on the numbers when we were ready to put deposit. From our end we took every precaution to have things in writing in emails but they just wont honor any such commitments and stopped answering phone calls and emails once their finance department came into the picture. Be very careful when interacting with this dealership and double/triple check facts before proceeding further - things in reality may be very different than what they make you believe on phone or early in sales cycle. More

worst experience ever Lied to about different financing options, once credit went through i was treated like a Canadian coin in the states. Would have purchased cash outright but they didn't come close to book value of car. They wanted me to give them over 11k for a car with a book value of a little over 7k pristine. For that kind of money i want to be put into a new car not a 2003, and dont tell me even with bad credit and 11k down its not feasible. On top of all of that,the car had a lien on it (yeah a 2003) More
