Chuck was the person we dealt with, he was very professional. We found out later that he was a new sales person but that was not obvious to us because he conducted himself in a very professional wa professional. Purchased my second Honda (2010 model Insight Ex) in 2009 from Nick and I wasn't disappointed then. A week ago he gave me a call and brought up the possibility of a trade-in for the newer model, as my batter from Nick and I wasn't disappointed then. A week ago he gave me a call and brought up the possibility of a trade-in for the newer model, as my battery was nearing the end of it's warranty period. I had been thinking about possibly trading my Insight in within the next couple of years, but Nick suggested that now would be a great time and he even promised a reduction in my monthly payment. I asked him if it would be possible to upgrade to a Civic Hybrid, instead, and boy did he come through. When all was said and done, Nick and the team at Piazza got me the car I wanted with all the bells and whistles, a reduction in my monthly finance payment, and Nick even came in on his day off to close the deal. I absolutely love my new Civic and can't thank Nick and Piazza enough for making my third Honda purchase in 8 years a fantastic experience! 5 Stars! More
