Purchased my second Honda (2010 model Insight Ex) in 2009 from Nick and I wasn't disappointed then. A week ago he gave me a call and brought up the possibility of a trade-in for the newer model, as my batter from Nick and I wasn't disappointed then. A week ago he gave me a call and brought up the possibility of a trade-in for the newer model, as my battery was nearing the end of it's warranty period. I had been thinking about possibly trading my Insight in within the next couple of years, but Nick suggested that now would be a great time and he even promised a reduction in my monthly payment. I asked him if it would be possible to upgrade to a Civic Hybrid, instead, and boy did he come through. When all was said and done, Nick and the team at Piazza got me the car I wanted with all the bells and whistles, a reduction in my monthly finance payment, and Nick even came in on his day off to close the deal. I absolutely love my new Civic and can't thank Nick and Piazza enough for making my third Honda purchase in 8 years a fantastic experience! 5 Stars! More
I cannot recommend Chuck enough from my recent experience with Piazza Acura. He was very friendly. He was very low-pressure and to the point. I purchased my Acura in 2005 and have only had it serviced at Piazza in Reading, PA. Their staff is consistently friendly and their service is great. I really value my TSX and I expect the service personal to treat it as if it were their own. They do this and are proactive in alerting me to issues that may need attention in the near future before they c to treat it as if it were their own. I just had the battery replaced which they had warned me about following my previous visit. This is a good example of what I mean. The folks behind the counter seem to understand the importance of customer satisfaction and this is very apparent by the way they communicate with them in spite of the fact that they are clearly very busy. I value Honda products , we currently have four cars in our family and I expect my next vehicle to be a Honda probably a 4WD Crosstour. I had no idea it had so much capacity in the rear. More
