Very fast turnaround on my oil change, great communication. The valet did not have his mask on while retrieving my car which is a little disquieting. I would recommend with the following caveat - We had Acura’s for over 12 years, and always had excellent service. We recently bought a used Acura and needed and inspection. I got a text the morning of our 7:30 am appointment, but never received any other contact after that. The flow sheet link showed the car hadn’t even been looked at. at 4:45 I texted and called our contact person to check on the car but no response. The next day I called and it turned out the car was finished, but I hadn’t received word. My email address was incorrect, and also, I gave them our “new owner” information 2x, but when I picked up the car it was still under the old owner’s information. (We bought the car from a family member- but if it wasn’t a family member I wouldn’t have wanted their information)! Lots of communication mistakes during this visit! Inspection complete, but We had to change plans to pick up the car on a day we didn’t expect to pick it up. More
It's the little things that make the difference between a good or great experience. My driver's license expired during the pandemic so they wouldn't give me a loaner without proof of the "camera card" so I h good or great experience. Given the current pandemic, they could have been a little more gracious. Then they asked since I had a loaner can they keep my car all day, sure but I'll have to return it after 6 because I have a 5pm appointment. Then when I bring the loaner back after 6, they don't have valet service and they didn't know where my car was parked so I had to search for my own car in a downpour. However the nice lady in service did offer her umbrella when I had to go back out to the loaner to bring the key back in that I left in the car. They also did fix my service issue which was covered under warranty. More
Okay dealership, very nice. Issues such as telling us we had new tires when purchased. Shortly after find out they are almost bald.
