We bought a used Honda at a different dealership, much further away from our home. We had a problem with a dash indicator light. We also needed spare keys. At the first visit, the indicator light problem was not solved. We brought the car back a week later. The problem was solved. The first visit, we only paid for the new keys. The price was what was expected. There was no charge for what was thought to have been the "light" problem. On the second visit, the Honda service people did an outstanding job finding out what the issue was. There was a cost this time. The cost was fair and reasonable. The service people were courteous and all questions were answered honestly and they washed the car on both visits. More

Truly a pleasant experience and well worth the travel to Reading. Our salesperson Chuck was very courteous and prompt - greeting us with a smile at the door. Bluetooth was entered by an employee whose name i do not recall....He did it quickly and I was not following what he did. When we drove away from the dealership..there was constant reminder made that we nee recall....He did it quickly and I was not following what he did. Finally she stopped...and I just turned the bluetooth to off on my phone. So.... , I do not have or use this feature that is available on this car.. We are older and not very tech savvy...I do think I would like this feature but am intimidated to try to do it myself. The salesman was very nice, but very new at his job... Wondering if I should or can return and ask for help ! More
