I emailed Chuck in advance with what I was looking to get for our trade -- he checked ahead of time and said that sounded like it was reasonable (but obviously wanted to see the car first). We were in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half including a test drive of the new vehicle, appraisal of our trade (and Chuck stuck to his word and offered what I had asked for), and completion of all paperwork and an "orientation" of the features on our new vehicle. No hassle, no haggling, no "games." Chuck made this a quick, simple, and straightforward process. More
