He went over the features of the car thoroughly before handing over the keys. Bob even kept in touch a few days after the purchase to see how things were going with the car, answered some questions for me, and offered to be available if there were any further questions or concerns. I will gladly recommend Bob to anyone looking for a new car. He was a real joy to work with. Adam in the finance department also made buying this car a pleasant experience.
