We purchased a 2017 Certified PreOwned Acura MDX on 12/18/2020 and have had nothing but problems since driving it off the lot. Charlie Pletz and his sales manager were very courteous and accommodating 12/18/2020 and have had nothing but problems since driving it off the lot. Charlie Pletz and his sales manager were very courteous and accommodating during the sales process. The finance individual was very cold and lacked personality. The detailing department takes zero pride in their work and quite frankly I drove away with the dirtiest new to me vehicle I have ever purchased . Because we were purchasing a Certified Preowned vehicle we assumed we were purchasing a quality product that went through a rigorous inspection process - we were wrong. After we drove off the lot, we noticed the windshield has chips which we reported to dealership right away but they refuse to call us back to discuss. In the last week, we have experienced unattended acceleration of the vehicle on two occasions and the transmission has been very rough during shifting. We have driven the vehicle 1,400 miles and have owned it for less than 45 days. As of today, the car is parked in our garage as I no longer feel safe driving the vehicle and we are waiting to hear back from management on next steps. More
