Alex greeted me with good eye contact and a smile and friendly 'hello'. He offered to go outdoors in the cold to check the mileage and to retrieve the papers needed from our car. He helped me try out you friendly 'hello'. He offered to go outdoors in the cold to check the mileage and to retrieve the papers needed from our car. He helped me try out your text system of agreeing to service. He used the text system to keep me informed of a suggestion and when service was finished. He met me at the waiting room and shared pleasant conversation on our return to his counter. He made sure that all tasks on my list had been completed. He escorted me to the Billing window and wished me a nice day. I felt as if he genuinely was happy to do his part in our car's service/ inspection.
