We have purchased 5 cars at Piazza Acura and, more than likely, another in the next month or so. 38 yrs of buying & leasing new, moved on. Inept staff, non-disclosure of features, flat tire, no return calls. Finis. Bought a new Honda after being told by my salesman that NO cars at the dealership had non-disclosure of features, flat tire, no return calls. Finis. Bought a new Honda after being told by my salesman that NO cars at the dealership had CD players. After a lengthy history of conducting business with this outfit through my business career and after, I trusted the words being uttered. Shortly after purchase, I found out, guess what? The Acuras feature CD players. In no time I traded in the car on an Acura with a CD player. Guess what? It was never disclosed the car did NOT have a navigational system and it gets better, no plug to utilize your cell phone to have directions travel through the car. Oh, don't let me forget...NO Sirius radio availability. The lack of disclosing the entire features on the car is pathetic. Let's move on to contacting the service department when I experienced a flat tire. NO answer during normal business hours and NO return phone call after leaving a detailed message as to the problem. C.J. tires were more than happy to replace my tire in a timely, courteous fashion. The manager of sales, Mark Kozak does not want to be bothered by customers and ignores phone calls. After buying and leasing cars on an average of every 2.5 to 3 years, referring tons of people to the dealership over 38 years, I am pleased as punch to say that I have moved on to a completely different product and dealership. I finally discovered the true meaning of valuing a customer. My new friends have opened their arms and hearts to me ensuring that I am completely satisfied by explaining EVERY feature on the car, and giving me the best possible price and detailed information. Happy to have washed my hands of this most unpleasant association for good. More
I had an excellent experience with Piazza Acura of Reading. They were extremely courteous and professional from Day 1 of our transaction. I live far from Reading, so they even went out of their way to Reading. They were extremely courteous and professional from Day 1 of our transaction. I live far from Reading, so they even went out of their way to have the car delivered to my house. Charlie Pletz was extremely kind, helpful, and thorough with all the information I requested through countless emails and text messages. He was very prompt and enthusiastic with his responses and even sent me detailed walk around videos of both the interior and exterior of my car. They sold me a CPO in excellent condition. I would highly recommend Piazza Acura of Reading, and I plan on going back whenever I’m in the market for another car. More
