My service experience was great. My service advisor, Theresa, was thorough and kept me appraised of progress on my car as I waited in the customer area. Over the past several years unfortunately the service department has gone down hill. Have bought Acuras/Hondas since 1986 and have used pIazza for all service until the past 2 years. Routinely when my ve department has gone down hill. Have bought Acuras/Hondas since 1986 and have used pIazza for all service until the past 2 years. Routinely when my vehicles are serviced for routine maintenance I will receive a call suggesting "additional" needs. At least one time I was told I needed a timing. belt change in timing belt for a cost over $2,000. The car had 59,000 miles on it. I checked with another local mechanic who checked with Acura and told me only under severe driving conditions would I need that, otherwise at 100,000 miles (and his cost $1100). More
