I had a scheduled inspection for my MDX and I was really pleased! The staff stuck to their word for a pick up time and made me feel like my time mattered. That was by far the best experience I’ve ever had a car dealership! The service department was very busy but I was greeted almost immediately by staff and my car was processed quickly. I love my new 2021 Acura RDX! This SUV drives like a sports car but spacious inside with so much room! I especially love the panoramic roof! the process for coummunicating back to the customer whether the car is done or not is terrible.
