I went to have a remote key made. I show up and was told at first unsure if they could get me in needless to say this didn’t go well but they were able to get me in! More

I made appointment for routine maintenance but turned out to be too early. The person at check in (I forget to get her name) explained and saw there was a recall on the car so changed up that so wasn’t a was to be too early. Came in with power steering and charging systems failures. All service writers were attending customers. Ms Moatz immediately came over from Service Manager desk to assist me. Very bad experience. They do not accept credit card. Or 3% up charge if you pay by cc. Also the repair rate are at least 10% more than other dealerships in the area. They do not accept credit card.
