The reassessment of my existing vehicle was a problem for me. Seemed so arbitrary compared with original assessment. The last minute $500+ reduction in my existing car value seemed out of place considering I me. Seemed so arbitrary compared with original assessment. They give appointments but dont honor the times. Waited 2 hours for an inspection. Glad I didnt let them do service as well. They offer loaner cars but have none when you get there. I had a very straightforward buying process here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
