Steve Smith service advisor extremely helpful pleasant got things done on my Honda pilot very swiftly considering I called in and had no schedule appointment and I was from another state (SC) visiting f got things done on my Honda pilot very swiftly considering I called in and had no schedule appointment and I was from another state (SC) visiting for Thanksgiving and traveling alone . It did turn out that the problem was not as serious as we thought dealing with the sensor and not the transmission. I had my car back by early afternoon the same day.
