If I could give a negative 5 I would. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with Piazza Honda of Reading. On 9/9/2022, I scheduled a 4pm appointment to test drive a car. Call them two hours before to I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with Piazza Honda of Reading. On 9/9/2022, I scheduled a 4pm appointment to test drive a car. Call them two hours before to ensure the car was there and inform them that I was traveling a 1:45 minutes to get there. When i got there at 3:45 we walked the lot only to find out that the Finance Manager had taken it home and that he/she would be in on Saturday. The only solution the salesman provided was to come back on Saturday (as if I didn't drive 1hr 45 minutes to come there). THAT"S A HARD NO. You won't ever have to worry about me or my folks coming to any one of your dealerships ever. No respect for people's time. Then had the audacity to call me on Monday because I wasn't available on Saturday. Never again. If this how you treat your customers you don't deserve my hard earn money. More

Absolutely the worst dealer experience i ever had. I tried paying for a 36k car cash and they wouldn't do the deal at full price. They wanted me to finance it!
