Over the past several years unfortunately the service department has gone down hill. Have bought Acuras/Hondas since 1986 and have used pIazza for all service until the past 2 years. Routinely when my ve department has gone down hill. Have bought Acuras/Hondas since 1986 and have used pIazza for all service until the past 2 years. Routinely when my vehicles are serviced for routine maintenance I will receive a call suggesting "additional" needs. At least one time I was told I needed a timing. belt change in timing belt for a cost over $2,000. The car had 59,000 miles on it. I checked with another local mechanic who checked with Acura and told me only under severe driving conditions would I need that, otherwise at 100,000 miles (and his cost $1100). More

Visited this dealership on a rainy day, prior to noon. Difficult access to parking lot. Showroom was fine, however, only 2 people available with 1 busy with a customer though he did take time to acknowl Difficult access to parking lot. We were there to research and price RDX suv model. Gave us a set of keys and told us to take it for a ride. When we returned we had to wait a bit and started looking at vehicles on showroom floor. My wife spied one of interest. The sales person told us it was a demo with nearly 5000 miles on it previously assigned to a manager. The sales person claim +ed to have been with Piazza for decades however, his demeanor and demonstrating sincere interest in us was lacking. Price offering on the demo was no better than a brand new vehicle. Tried to negotiate a better deal but they held fast on the price. Ultimately purchased exact same vehicle at Jones Acura Lancaster for fair price and much better sales attention and interest More
