We weren’t happy w/ the surprise fees of Zurich Elite Plus $1,299. Don’t agreed w/ it. It should be our choice to choose. They were saying it would have been $1,299 more on the car price. He took the time to come over to sign the paperwork on his day off. Sean McFarland was awesome and took the time to explain the Zurich Power Train warranty. At first, we resisted it however Sean took the time to explain it very clearly about the investment of adding the warranty. It is a good deal! More
