I have been a customer at Piazza Acura for many years. Folks in the service center have always been courteous. Surveys have become ubiquitous. Took my 2021 Acura for splash guards only to receive a car with a dirtied driver side door and improperly installed rear splash guards. Oh and yeah, the tech installed the guards without even clearing off car with a dirtied driver side door and improperly installed rear splash guards. Oh and yeah, the tech installed the guards without even clearing off the road dirt from the body panel. 🙄 I have the photos to prove it btw. So either the techs are overbooked and way too busy or they just don't care. Either option should be a concern for management. But right now they don't care. Why? Because the car market is red hot right now and they are flush with plenty of customers. But eventually the pendulum will swing the other way and those that have been treated poorly will most certainly remember the poor experience by taking their business elsewhere. The service manager didn't think it was a big deal to not clear the areas before the install but perhaps that is why half baked work is being perpetuated there? It was eventually rectified but 3 hours later for a 45 minute job was ridiculous. I was told I get a free oil change there but ya'll will never see me back there...if you can't install a splash guard properly, do you think me foolish enough to bring it back to you for some issue that is infinitely more complex? More
