Customer Service personal very good, but I rate my experience a 3 because even though I have an appointment, I always end up waiting an excessive amount of time. An hour and forty five minutes for an experience a 3 because even though I have an appointment, I always end up waiting an excessive amount of time. An hour and forty five minutes for an oil change and tire rotation is excessive. Adding to the wait, the customer waiting area is below average compared to other dealers. More
