Bob in finance ia also great, got us a lower rate loan with a well known national bank than we had already arranged with our Credit Union on our first car. Honda had 0% financing on our second so that was a no-brainer. Love both our 2020 CR-V and our 2021 HR-V! The service deprtment and specifically Brian Deese have been fantastic as well! More

Contractual breach, over charged on lease buy out residual I leased my 2015 Accord from Jamie Duffy at Piazza Honda of Pottstown. When my lease was up, I opted to buy the car. I had never leased before, so I I leased my 2015 Accord from Jamie Duffy at Piazza Honda of Pottstown. When my lease was up, I opted to buy the car. I had never leased before, so I was unaware then that the residual buyout amount is actually contractual and cannot go up. However, Jamie and the sales leadership at Piazza Pottstown apparently don't think those rules apply to them. Fast forward a few years, I'm getting ready to sell my car and had other people review the paperwork from my lease and purchase, only to find out that they marked my $15,190.50 residual up to $17,090.31. When I reached out to Jamie, in hopes that this was an honest mistake and that Piazza would do the right thing and fix it, he gave me several different stories for the increased price. These included a paint protection plan and floor matts I purchased ($888) and the price for certifying my car (~$400) oh and recommend service that was needed (brakes/tires). When I pointed out to Jamie that I didn't have that work done at Piazza, and even if I had his #'s still didn't add up, then the story changed... I was right, I didn't have the service done at Piazza, so that wasn't it. Then the story became that I was misunderstanding the deal paperwork and that I should come in and discuss it. I've had other highly qualified people review the paperwork. THE NUMBERS DO NOT ADD UP to anything other than lies and stealing. I went in to cancel my extended warranty and I was given a print out of my "original" deal... low and behold the numbers on it don't match any of my carbon copies from what I signed at the purchase of my car... but, more importantly they don't match the residual amount either. The purchase price on this other set of documents says I paid $16,202.31. Any way you work the numbers... they stole from me. Piazza has refused to own what they did, even after being given the opportunity to make it right and move on. I just hope that my loss is someone else gain and that if you still do business with these morally reprehensible people that you check and re-check your deal before you sign. More

Beware! Negotiate parts pricing up front. I have a 2017 Honda accord hybrid that has the lane departure system as well as collision avoidance. When a rock cracked my windshield, I decided to I have a 2017 Honda accord hybrid that has the lane departure system as well as collision avoidance. When a rock cracked my windshield, I decided to go back to the dealership where I’ve been doing all of my service. I left the car with them to replace the windshield with an OE windshield. My insurance company was involved because the windshield was over $2000 Including calibrating the sensors and installation. When I looked at my invoice after picking up the car, I was surprised to learn at the dealership had charged more than $200 over MSRP for the parts. A windshield that is $843 dealer cost, with a $1390 MSRP was sold to me for $1600. The very next day I spoke with the service manager and told him that I felt that was reaching to over charge by that much, and that it gave me an impression of how opportunistic they are. I asked him to make an adjustment for which the beneficiary would be my insurance company, not me. The service manager spoke with the parts manager and the general manager. He relayed to me that they said any negotiating on pricing should be done in advance and upfront before you sign your final receipt. As a service to anyone else who may have the misfortune of doing business with piazza, I wanted to ensure that other trusting customers are aware and can negotiate upfront and get the best deal. By their own admission MSRP is only a suggested price and has no bearing on what the dealership may charge for their parts. Just know that dealer cost is approximately $.50 on the dollar to the parts price they are offering you. You can absolutely negotiate somewhere in the range of 25% off of that number. It’s a disappointment and it cost piazza the future lifetime business of a 7 time Honda owner with three children not yet of driving age. When ripping someone off for $200 means that much to a dealership be where as they want their hands deep in your pocket as they can possibly get it. Other local Honda dealers will now have my business and hopefully yours. More
