My wife and I were in the market for a Certified Pre Owned Honda and Piazza Pottstown had the best selection. She is absolutely terrific- genuine, helpful, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Nancy made this experience super easy and we really appreciate her customer first attitude. We went to several dealerships looking to buy my wife a new/used Pilot. We did endless research and found some cars and some recommendations for sales people as well. We drove several cars but the finance department was not willing to work with the price at all. Then we found Nancy and Heather at the Pottstown location!!! Every review we read about Nancy was nothing but positive. We took the 45 minute trip to the dealer and had our first meeting with Nancy. From start to finish she made the whole experience a pleasure. Buying a car historically for me has not been fun, Nancy found a way to do just that. She worked with us on price and did everything she could to help us. She was honest, fair, and is someone I WILL go back to. Heather was the finance person we worked with and she helped us understand warranties that were offered and even recommended a plan that fit us, and was not pressuring us for the top option.
