My wife went into Piazza Honda to look at a used Pilot and was greeted by Jose. everytihing was going fine with Jose until my wife said she wanted to wait to do anything until I had a chance to look at i and was greeted by Jose. everytihing was going fine with Jose until my wife said she wanted to wait to do anything until I had a chance to look at it later on that evening. Jose then decided to persuade her to put a deposit on the vehicle in order to hold it. Unfortunatly when she did that she didn't know she was signing an agreement of sale, she thought it wasn't a big deal and we would be able to get our money back. When I did come to drive the vehicle later that evening Jose was not there and Karen Reed took us for a test drive and even she didn't understand why Jose had my wife put a deposit down on the vehicle and why he didn't just put it in the back of the lot. Karen was a true professional at her job, I wish her the best and wish my wife would have had her in the first place. So after the test drive my wife and I wanted to take a day to think about the car. I then called Jose to talk about price and he passed me on to his manager, Steve Drovich (I believe that is his last name, I apologize if I have the wrong Steve) who proceeded to tell me there wasn't any room to go lower on the price, he did say he could come down $250. That was fine with me it is just business and we would have walked away no hard feelings. So I tried to walk away by saying no thanks, nice talking to you, can you credit my wife's credit card. Steve's response was no by pennslyvania state law he can keep it. I was shocked and amazed. I did not know that there was a PA law saying a business could keep a customers money when no services were rendered. Anyway I said I want them to still try and find a pilot in our price range but I just wanted our deposit back and he still said no. So I asked him if he was willing to lose us as a customer forever and potentially however many people that my wife and I could deter from going to piazza Honda. his response still was to not give us our deposit back and didn't seem to concerned about giving us our money back since that would have been 100% straight profit for the dealership. So that conversation ended not how I would have liked it. After I did a little research it is a Federal law that the consumer get their money back less any expenses the dealer had put out which in this case it was none. So Steve wasn't exactly correct. He also mentioned that piazza personally sends people out to survey and compare all the vehicles on the market. I don't know what Steve was thinking but I know that doesn't happen, I still don't know why he said that. Anyway, then my wife called Steve and he proceeded to belittle her by saying he didn't believe her that she didn't know that she was signing an agreement of sale. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. So the next day I tried to call the GM and he was off and then I was trying to get a hold of Greg Conover. After many calls and unreturned messages I had to stop by the showroom and wait for him to come out and explain to him what happened and he finally said they would credit my wife's credit card back. This whole process was way to drawn out and should never have gone this far. I will never recommend Piazza to anyone ever! Jason More

The paperwork and processing of my new lease was done without skipping a beat. I would recommend Piazza Honda to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new car. It was my second car purchased from them....I went back knowing that my first purchase and service with them was impeccable. More

I found the car I've been looking high and low for at the right price at Piazza Honda of Pottstown. One of my best friends had purchased her new CRV there five years ago and she had a great experience. So right price at Piazza Honda of Pottstown. So when I found the used car I've been wanting and it happened to be at Piazza Honda of Pottstown, I called her for her contacts and she sent me to Jay & Ben. I contacted Jay first and he was really easy to contact via email (since this was the best and pretty much only way for me to communicate during the work day)and responded promptly and followed up with me even when there was nothing to tell. I greatly appreciated that b/c I had a few dealerships who fall of the face of Earth via email and I don't chase after them if that happens. Jay was able to get me to a price I could do and there was no running around with "Where do you want your payments at?" I asked for the bottom line and he gave me the bottom line and that was AWESOME since I didn't want to do the back and forth pony show that I'd gone through a few dealerships before I found my car at Piazza Pottstown. I was fed up with the car buying experience by this point. I knew the car I wanted in the condition I wanted, knew where I needed the price to be and needed to do this without the tiresome "ask my manager" runaround. Jay was awesome. He set me up with Steve to test drive the car after work on a Thursday night and that was it. Steve was great, too. Very easy to talk to, nice, honest and extremely helpful. A few emails, a test drive and look over the car and I was happy to go. I brought my parents to give it a look two days later and was met by Steve & Ben. My parents are very skeptical when it comes sales guys and big purchases but parents were extremely pleased and happy to work with Ben & Steve. These three guys made the my car buying experience painless and for that alone, I am extremely happy and grateful! If you're looking for a new car or you're extremely lucky to find it at Piazza Honda of Pottstown, definitely give them a call! They're the best in the business and I've been to and talked to enough dealerships in the last month and a half to say so. Now if Piazza would open an Audi dealership, I'd be extremely happy!!! :) Thanks for helping me get my Audi, guys!!! I love my car!!! More
I came in on a busy snowy day. Will was great-he fit me in in under 30 minutes for tires! We had a fantastic experience at Piazza. We don't usually have a trade-in but the price they offered for our vehicle was very reasonable. As far as the new car, I don't mind negotiating and I don't believe a have a trade-in but the price they offered for our vehicle was very reasonable. As far as the new car, I don't mind negotiating and I don't believe any was actually involved. Piazza offered a price that was right at my target. Just to perform our due diligence, we went to another "mega" dealership. After hearing their best offer for the trade-in and new car, it was clear that Piazza simply was the clear winner. The "mega" dealer used many of the tactics we abhor: low-ball trade-in, stalling/delaying, multiple fake appraisals, holding our keys so we couldn't leave, excessive trips the manager, playing "the other dealer doesn't have the color you want" game. The "mega" dealer paid Piazza a great compliment by inferring that other dealerships have deceitful practices and we shouldn't believe the numbers quoted by them. This spoke volumes more about the "mega" dealer than Piazza. Within 30 minutes of leaving the "mega" dealer, we did our trade-in and purchased the new car at Piazza. There was no question, no hassle, not one single increase in price, no attempt to "upcharge" or add anything to the deal - they were simply friendly and straightforward. Everyone has to check around with large purchases but in the future, Piazza will be the benchmark for me when it comes to purchasing cars. More
