I'm a bicyclist and my wife lives in La-La land so we need a salesman and agency that will provide a fair deal without us knowing the price parameters and engaging in steel cage negotiations. When I hear other people telling me about their multiple dealership days long bare knuckle negotiations I mention our trade in, sale price and playful competent improv sales staff and finance people and they just stare as if I made up the whole story. I prefer to spend my time training on my bike so I am happy that Charlie and the Piazza staff have my automotive back. Pete More
