I had a good experience at Piazza Honda. Karl Diesel was great to work with. He was very efficient and didn't try and pressure me into anything. I hadn't bought a new car in a while and going in with my inf great to work with. He was very efficient and didn't try and pressure me into anything. I hadn't bought a new car in a while and going in with my information and knowing what I wanted was respected by Karl. He was able to see my needs and meet them. I bought a CR-Z which they didn't have in stock, but they were able to find me what I wanted in only a few days. I love my new CR-Z and look forward to referring my friends to Piazza Honda. More
I was car shopping and Piazza Honda was my first stop. I met salesman Michael Keene and he was friendly, honest and knowlegeable. He was also patient because I wasn't sure what car I wanted. I did a test met salesman Michael Keene and he was friendly, honest and knowlegeable. He was also patient because I wasn't sure what car I wanted. I did a test drive in the CRV and the Accord and loved both of them. I then left and checked out different cars/suvs at other dealerships. I came back to Piazza and talked to Michael again. He was very accomodating through the entire sales process. I bought the CRV and Michael took the time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Piazza Honda and salesman Michael Keene to other buyers. More

He explained information in a clear & concise manner, I was very lucky to have John Trout as my salesman! He is congenial, honest, & knowledgeable. He explained information in a clear & concise manner, as I had numerous questions. As a result, I purchased a Honda CR-V. I returned 2 days later to drop off items belonging to my trade-in......John took time to show me how to manage something on the dashboard of my CR-V. He was extremely accommodating & made sure I understood the mechanics shown me. Piazza Honda is fortunate to have John as an employee. I will certainly tell others to 'see John Trout' at Piazza Honda when in the market for a car. One negative: when dealing with the financials, I told Ben G. I was not interested in purchasing any outside warranties. He said it was a 'state requirement' to explain them.....why spend a good 10 plus minutes on something the buyer does not want? In the future, have the buyer sign the paper & eliminate the oration.....it was a waste of time. More

I was in the market for a new car. Stop at all different dealership and wasn't treated right. They were just pushy and wanted to get things done. I decided to stop in Piazza Honda and I'm so happy I did. I met Tom Reid and he got a sales person right away. Vlad introduced himself and took the time to hear what I wanted for my new car. Vlad was honest, willing to work with me, and even came in on his day off because I had other things going on in the week. Once I purchased my car, got all the paperwork done, he went over all the feature of the car. Vlad was definitely the best sales person I ever dealt with. I highly recommend that if your in the market for a new car go see Vlad at Piazza. Sincerely, Happy Civic SI owner. More
I purchased a Honda Crosstour from Piazza because it met all the specifications my wife wanted for her car. Steve Minford did an excellent job servicing us he was responsive and direct in the whole process all the specifications my wife wanted for her car. The issue I had was when the car was purchased they're was a small isssue with the paperwork which delayed me from picking up the car. I financed through my credit union and had a trade. When all the paperwork was signed and Piazza received a check from the credit union they would not let me pick up the car because the wanted an email from the credit union saying that they would give them the title to the car. The credit union verbaly committed to it before they sent the check. The issue I have is that I live over an hour away and I told the credit union and the dealership that I wanted to pick up the car on Saturday. The dealer got the check Saturday morning but wouldn't let me take the car because the didn't get a letter saying that they are going to get the title. They got the email Monday morning. This issue I have is that all the financial obligations were met but they still wouldn't give us the car because of an email that said they intend to give them the title to the trade. They would have had the car and a they had the check I had to make a 3 hour trip after work on weekday over something a small formality. I also wrote a review regarding this incident with my finance customer and I received an email from the loan officer apologizing for the incident and offered me additional help to make up for not sending the letter. The sales manager sent me 2 generic follow up emails saying if there was any problems to email him. I have responded twice talking about this issue and I have not gotten a response. Hence me writing this review I would have liked to have some acknowledgement for the manager Greg Conover about the emails that I sent him but I have gotten no response. When I went to pick up the I would hope a manager would come up and apologize for the trouble but nothing. The only reason the overall experience is not worse is because of Steve's service. Would I recommend this dealer? Maybe if someone lived in the area but this experience with the delay definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and I wouldn't recommend anyone that lived near me to take the trip out there. More

Karen Reed has been my salesperson for the car that I purchased in 2008 and now the 2013 Pilot that I picked up on Friday. I actually knew exactly what make, model, and color of the Pilot I wanted to lease. So on Wednesday I called Tom Reed at the store, told him what I wanted and that for the first time I would like to Lease. He and his Leasing person called me back with all the numbers and I agreed over the phone to Lease it. I asked for it for Friday morning at 9am and the Pilot was ready for me when I got there. My new Pilot was sparkling when I got it on Friday. Karen spent a lot of time explaining the paperwork to me, and the sat in the Pilot and went over all the new technologies that have made Pilot my choice of SUV. This is my first SUV and I am so excited that I bought it at Pottstown. I recommend Piazza Honda of Pottstown to all my friends, coworkers and family. More
We love Piazza Honda. This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from there. We had horrible experiences at other dealerships before visiting Piazza the first time. They are very friendly and have put no pressure on us through all three of our experiences there. During our last visit, our sales associate, Riz, explained every detail of our CRV and even helped set up our phone connections to the Bluetooth. We have already recommended this dealership to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. More
