Horrible! I bought my Acura from a Piazza dealership and I wanted to stay in the same place but I was disappointed to say the least. These guys are just lookin I bought my Acura from a Piazza dealership and I wanted to stay in the same place but I was disappointed to say the least. These guys are just looking to scam you. They told me they would give me 11,500 for my car, carmax said 13,000. I ended up going to ANOTHER honda dealership that gave me 14,000. AND on a car that had 7,000 miles on it all they would only take $500 off the price (which by the way was the same price for a brand new Honda Accord Hybrid). The other dealership came down 2500 on the same exact car with 10,000 miles on it. I got the same car with only 3,000 miles more on it for 5,000 less than what Piazza wanted. These guys were rude on the phone and do not have any interest in helping customers only making money. More

I shared my questions with him and also what I thought I'd like to test drive. He sat with me and explained the differences and benefits of the two models. We followed up with a test drive in each, but not without popping the hood and explaining the benefits of each model! Chai was very professional, polite and not the "car salesperson" I feared. Chai was definitely a car sales consultant!!! More

Chai mentioned that they had a couple brand new 2013 Civics available for a little more money. I test drove a 2013 Civic and loved it. Chai was extremely easy to work with and even went as for as going in on his day off to take care of my down payment. He also worked around my availability and was always available for questions. José worked with us to get us to our target monthly payment. Being a used car, there were some unexpected hiccups. The service department at Piazza Honda quickly arranged correction of the problem. The potential buyers regret was quickly alleviated by the dedicated service from all aspects of Piazza Honda. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, be it new or used. More
