They said we do not have time so you can put the Deposit and come back on monday. when i reach on monday they already run my credit without informed me and than trying to sale old MRP striker price car compare to new car that recently come in there lots. when i told that i want new MRP striker price car that i saw on saturday . Both manger and sales person said that this is the car that we can abel to give you. we can not give you new MRP striker price car. we don't have it . i spend two days , get off from job and getting nothing. wasting my time . so be careful to go over there. they are very smart business man with poor and bad customer service.............................., More

She said the people were extremely helpful and willing to accomodate my needs. I dealt with the Manager, Jay Nothstein and Helen Stevens, our sales person. Jay had a smile on his face constantly and seemed to enjoy what he was doing. Helen stayed with me the entire day, talking with me as if she knew me all my life. We had great conversations. After I got the deal of a lifetime, Jay took my picture to put on facebook. Yes, it was a great experience. Lucky for Piazza to have these wonderful people on their team. The soft pretzels were delicious!! More

When I got my car home the check engine light came on. I took it back up and they said to keep an eye on it if it comes back on. It did. I called an appointment with them and I got in the next day. It took them two days to figure out what was wrong with my car but it was free at the end and it was nothing major. I also got a free oil change and coupons for washing my car. More
Service is Shady I don't feel like they are upfront with the recalls and repairs on cars that you purchase from their dealership. I will never buy another car from this dealer again and will tell everyone I can not to buy one there. I have had some bad experiences with the service dept. regarding recalls and some service issues. The most recent is the Takata Driver Airbag. After getting the recall letter, I called Piazza Honda of Pottstown and spoke with Dan Sailor who at first "acted like" he knew very little about it. At first he didn't even mention that my car was impacted by it until I told him I had a letter and I had looked up my vin. (This was after he said he looked up my car.) Then he said that they were NOT providing rental cars or loaners until the parts became available which they don't even know when, most likely summer. "Their hands are tied he said." No regard to their customers safety. I could tell he was just hoping I would go away!!! Even if he was unsure of the situation. I could hear it in his voice "Please go away!". I called the Main Line Honda and their answering recording had this very situation on the prompt. Also, quickly a rep said they would be happy to provide a rental car. I didn't have to ask, they asked me and asked if I could get it today! They also had an expected date for the part by the end of April. I understand Piazza may not have those details for the parts yet, but when I called back. They said "oh, we are not partnering with a rental car company but giving loaners out on case by case basis, we have to discuss it with the service manager". When I said I filed a complaint with the National Highway Traffic Safety Admin, the Piazza Rep (Brian) did not seem to think that would do much of anything. I see now, it's clear, they don't care about my safety and my business. I am now determined to tell everyone and anyone who will listen to me, my experience and write into Honda Customer Service and National Highway Traffic Safety Admin my experience. I didn't go into too much detail here, but my experiences with the service and their response has made me want to speak up. I could just quietly go away But if I do speak up, maybe that will actually help them improve! Maybe it's to their benefit that I do! More

Excellent Experience Jay N & Tom M & the rest of the staff are amazing!!!! This is the 4th car my family purchased from them. Although the ride is over an hour away, I wou Jay N & Tom M & the rest of the staff are amazing!!!! This is the 4th car my family purchased from them. Although the ride is over an hour away, I would not go anywhere else for a vehicle. They are professional & pleasant & very honest & we never had a problem with any vehicle purchased from there. worst business establishment i've ever been to We took our vehicle in for a noise complaint and hesistation. We received a phone call saying the car was taken on 3 long test drives but they could n We took our vehicle in for a noise complaint and hesistation. We received a phone call saying the car was taken on 3 long test drives but they could not duplicate the concern and We were told We can pick it up. We pick it up, drive home and as I'm walking around the vehicle discover a very large dent in the rear quafter panel, damage to the fender linings and wheel well, damage to the paint etc..call honda immediately and were told to bring the vehicle back Monday. Over the phone we were told the now that the vehicle never left the parking spot that we parked it in. (but I thought it was taken on 3 long test drives????) mind you we were given a 2 door civic as a loaner car...even with them knowing we have a kid in a car seat! Then were told the vehicle is fixed..go to pick it up and NOW all they did was push out the dent and buff the paint...still completely noticable that the vehicle was damaged. I refused to take the car from the lot. Took 4 days to for anyone to answer any questions took 4 days to get a return phone call from the GM was denied a larger loaner car, was told they didn't want to fix the car because they didn't want to pay to get the footage from the security cameras and because they didn't want to pay the insurance deductible to fix it the right way. This whole ordeal went on for 2 weeks. The only thing they offered was to give us a new vehicle same model which my other half was not happy with in the first place and to sign into a 3 year lease. Nobody at the dealership wanted to admit fault or do anything about the issue. We were not treated professionally by anyone at the dealership. Honda of America was called and we were told basically there's nothing they could do. Which is BS because I know how this stuff works being that I work in a dealership. This is the worst experience I've ever had with ANY establishment. We even went a few days without even knowing where our car was because they wouldn't answer that question! After 5 years of paying Honda they couldn't even give up 1000 dollars profit to get my other half in something that she was actually happy with. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone for anything. More
