Came from Raleigh to Purchase a Car I had been looking for a specific car for about one month and located in Raleigh selecting a dealer with (my car) in PA has risks. Especially since t I had been looking for a specific car for about one month and located in Raleigh selecting a dealer with (my car) in PA has risks. Especially since two weeks I flew to NJ to look at a car and ended up flying back home - not driving. So that ended up costing me over $300.00 and a day off of work to look at a car. None the less I found the car at Piazza and worked with Jay Nothstein on the phone and it could not have been any better. He walked the car and explained every little nick, scratch etc. Sent me as many pics as I wanted and was understanding. I ended up flying to PA, got to the dealership @ 11:00 and was out by 12:30 driving to Raleigh. It was an extremely pleasant experience. The car was exactly as explained by Jay and I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They are very straightforward, honest and do not play games. From the start working with Tammy Wynne to the end working with Mark Spengler. They where all great and also valued my time knowing I came from Raleigh. My fiancé and I walked into the dealership and told the receptionist that we wanted to talk to someone about buying a new car. She seated us and paged a salesperson. Salesperson never came. She paged again. Sales person never came. We waited several minutes while Piazza staff walked around the showroom and ignored us. We even walked out to the lot to the car we were interested in and started checking it out ourselves and still no one acknowledged us. So we left. We took our $35,000 to Subaru and had an awesome experience. More

Karl and Brent we I bought a used car from Piazza Honda last week and it was the most hassle-free and pleasant used car buying experiences of my life. Karl and Brent were amazing. I was in and out in 45 minutes with exactly the car that I wanted at a great price with no hassle. It was late on a Saturday and the detail shop was a little backed up, so they offered to let me come back Monday morning for the full shine and polish. When I came back, Jay mentioned that one of the guys had noticed a light was on that they wanted to take care of. He said he'd get it into the shop and have it ready ASAP. Turns out it was not a minor repair, but they covered the cost, provided a loaner, and bent over backwards to make sure I was well taken care of. I have never had such excellent customer service at a dealership before, or nearly from any business for that matter. I can't overstate how well I was treated and what an excellent experience I had at Piazza.
