Khaled, as a customer service rep and sales person was great and I he has gone above and beyond to help me with my problems. However, my experience and expectations with this dealership was sub-par and bo great and I he has gone above and beyond to help me with my problems. However, my experience and expectations with this dealership was sub-par and borderline excrutiating. Considering the amount of money I spent, I expected 10 times better and more efficient service. Starting from my pick up time of my car to dealing with issues and receipt of a missing item (Front Toyota emblem), this dealership has not delivered anything timely. The details are as follows: *Pick up of the car: Initially I was promised that I could pick up the car with in an allotted and agreed upon time which did not happen, as a result I had to delay for another 3 days. *After pick up: As soon as I picked up the car and drove it, I discovered that the car had issues with the break caliper that wasn't identified during regular check. As a customer if a dealership cannot sell used cars in decent condition then they should not get into such a business *Fixing issue with break caliper: After going back and dropping off my car (spent another 3 hours), I was promised that I would get my car back the next day, but that wasn't the case. I had to wait another 3 days for them to fix the car and they were still unsure of the time of delivery *Issue with Toyota Emblem: Prior to even purchasing the car, I made it absolutely clear that the missing Toyota emblem was very important to me and I would like to get it ASAP. It has been 4 weeks since I told Khaled (Sales Rep) about this and after going back and forth him. For the last two weeks I have been pushing even more to figure out what I need to do to get this emblem. So I got tired and called Toyota to find out how long does it actually take to get such a thing. I called them today and I can pick it up tomorrow and it only costs 25 bucks!!!! I have been given the turn around by this dealership about this for the past 4 weeks and now Khaled (my sales rep) has stopped responding to my phone calls. I will never, ever, purchase another vehicle from this place again. Syed Jahangeer More
It was great service. Dan did an excellent job. We were short on time, and needed to get the car ASAP. Piazza dealership was our first stop. Dan greeted us as soon as we entered the parking lot. Piazza Honda (Gene) was no hype, no pressure, comfortable, a completely pleasant experience from start to finish. They even re-certified the car because it had been certified by another Piazza dealership. And found things that had not been done correctly and fixed them. I even enjoyed my time in the finance office with Kevin. There was no nonsense, no bull. Other than the seemingly obligatory hours long wait for I have no idea what, this was by far my best car buying experience. I am 64 years old, so I have been through many. Thanks, Piazza. More

This was my first t God is great! On August 8, 2013, I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord from the piazza Honda dealership located on 6935 Essington ave. This was my first time shopping for a vehicle. My initial thought was that the car salesman would not meet my needs because I’m very particular. Plus, I was struggling with having to downsize to a car after driving a SUV for many years. This was not the case. The car salesman Brian Goode was amazing. He was detail oriented (taking the time to make sure that my car had the same features as my SUV), committed to making sure that I was a satisfied customer by staying within my budget and very patient at times when I felt overwhelmed. Mr. Goode made it his business to check on me after the purchase to make sure that I remained a satisfied customer. I’ve had my car for a month and have taken it on a road trip. I would definitely recommend Brian Goode to friends and family because he made a difference by helping to make a though decision easy-Thank God! I can honestly say I’m a satisfied customer. -AM More
