I was given a great deal that was better than any other dealer, treated like a valued customer and not just a number and made to feel comfortable with the experience. Infiniti and two other Honda dealers could not do this. Brian texted me two days later to make sure that I was happy and enjoying the car and gave me his personal cell number in case I had any questions.
