These gentlemen, (salesmen does not do them justice), did exactly as they said they would do, "make sure the vehicle is perfect before my purchase". And this was a used vehicle! All of my questions were answered, my personal list of "fixes" were taken care of, even a few I had missed. The service department was also fantastic. Everyone involved went above and beyond my expectations. I have owned Honda products since 1981, and this was without a doubt the best experience I've ever had dealing with automobiles. He actually went above his own professional obligation to make sure it went smoothly. I was actually surprised as to how easy it was and how smooth of an experince it was to purchase my car. Go in with your own research. The more you know the easier it is to get what you want. Adam in finance was very simple with me. He explained to me that I should think about purchasing the extended warrenty in my situation. It was a new car.
