He allowed me to take home my first choice to get a good feel for the car and to allow my technician to check the car over. After deciding it wasn’t the right fit for me, he went and picked up my second choice at one of the other Piazza locations and brought it to the dealership for me to again, take home and have my tech check it over the next day. I loved the car. John and I made our deal, I left the car with him so they could complete their services to it and he gave me a loaner to use while they finished. Through and through everyone at the dealership were very pleasant and courteous. John is a sincere asset to the Piazza Auto Group and should be recognized as such. Great job, John!
