A quick email to Marie, and she set up my appointment to fix a recall and scheduled me for a loaner vehicle. Upon arriving the morning of my appointment (with my 2-year old daughter), I pulled up into the covered bay and unloaded my vehicle. The paperwork was ready to go, and after a few quick signatures, my vehicle was pulled away and within minutes, the loaner car was pulled up to the same spot. I put all of my belongings into the vehicle and was on my way. I received a call when the vehicle was ready and they also provided a multi-point inspection. They found a few issues that should be addressed and provided an estimated cost to resolve. The return process was just as simple. I really appreciate this type of attention to detail. I went in on a busy Saturday. They said it would take 1 1/2 hours for the services. I hardly had enough time to enjoy the Starbucks coffee and visit the showroom, when the car was completed (within 1 hour 1/2 hours for the services. The manager also told me that the battery was registering weak, so they changed it out under warranty. That is looking out for the customer. I love my car (TSX)and the dealership. The salesman, Rob, always remembers me too and is quick to say hello. More

I visited the dealership for the first oil change on my TL because it was free. I used the express and was quickly on my way. My TL was in for some touchup/warranty right after I bought it. It was a scheduled appt and they didn't have a loaner car as promised and didn't seem to pleased that they had to give me a car off their used lot instead. I'm still waiting for the bottle of touch up paint they promised me when I bought it 3 months ago. More

I recently bought a used Jeep Wrangler from Piazza Acura. When I got the Jeep home, however, the brakes felt spongy and as though they were not working properly. I called the dealership and reported the pr When I got the Jeep home, however, the brakes felt spongy and as though they were not working properly. I called the dealership and reported the problem. They worked with me to schedule a service appointment as soon as possible. When I arrived at the dealership they were prepared for my visit and had a courtesy loaner vehicle ready for me to use for the day. Later that same afternoon, I was contacted by the dealer and informed that my Jeep was ready. They found the problem with the brakes, made appropriate repairs and even replaced the rear brake pads...all at no charge to me. In summary, this dealer stands behind the cars that they sell and handles service related issues with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend them. More
