I drove into the dealership for the express service, and they pointed out that my inspection sticker was going to expire that same day, and made time to inspect my car while I was there. During the inspecti they pointed out that my inspection sticker was going to expire that same day, and made time to inspect my car while I was there. During the inspection they discovered that I also could use new tires, so they were able to install 4 new tires/balance them during the same visit. Total wait time was less than 2 hours for oil change, inspection, new tires & tire rotation, all without an appointment. In addition, they made the call to my auto insurance co to obtain a fax of my current Proof of Insurance card, which I didn't have on me at the time. Very helpful, professional, and courteous. Nice waiting area with TV, Starbucks coffee, and snacks. They always give me a voucher for a free car wash when my car is serviced there as well. More

Excellent service department. Work is always done on time. Quality job by qualified techs. You pay a little more but you get what you pay for. Overall great experience. Service makes you feel like you're a luxury car owner, from holding doors open to loaners to the free car wash and quick turn around if you do wait. It is nice to be able to drive into the dealership garage and leave the car for service. I was greeted upon arrival. I had an appointment for service and I went over what I wanted with the service adviso and leave the car for service. I was greeted upon arrival. I had an appointment for service and I went over what I wanted with the service advisor. The waiting room has a TV, WiFi and an assortment of drinks & snacks. The only downfall is the chairs...they are not very comfortable if you have to wait awhile. My car needed a few more things done to it from my original request so an advisor came out and explained them to me. I was fine with it and the service took another hour so in all I was there for 2.5 hours. I received a car wash coupon, which is fine since I didn't want to wait any longer. I know that in previous visits when I dropped my car off and didn't wait, you can ask them to have the car washed. My car was brought back into the service area while I was paying. I like this little added service so I don't have to walk all over looking for my car. Overall, everyone was polite and efficient. More
