First Service I finally took my new MDX in for it's first service, and overall, it was an exceptional experience. I was told I didn't need an appointment for the f I finally took my new MDX in for it's first service, and overall, it was an exceptional experience. I was told I didn't need an appointment for the first one, and, while I was a bit skeptical, I certainly didn't. I was greeted promptly, both in the service bay then by the advisor, who informed me what they would do and that it would be no more than an hour. The car was ready in about 50 minutes, everything explained to me, and I was out the door. It couldn't have gone any smoother, from start to finish. And while I waited, I had a cup of fresh Starbuck's coffee. A very pleasant experience! More

The Staff helped me get my things out of my car and into my loaner vehicle that was broug My service rep was ready for me when I arrived for my appt. My car was washed and ready to be picked up ahead of schedule. Again, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. More

Excellent service I have service and a few repair at Pissa Acura last Friday. I request wash the car after service. I find the car was washed and vacuumed. It is such good feeling. It is much much better than receiving wash coupon. I have to say that Stuart is my favorite adviser and I have work with him many times in past a few years. More
