Was promised by 2 people that I would have my car by 2:00, and at 1:45 when I hadn't gotten a call, I called and couldn't get ahold of my service advisor. I ended up having to borrow a car to get to my 2:00, and at 1:45 when I hadn't gotten a call, I called and couldn't get ahold of my service advisor. I ended up having to borrow a car to get to my child's school in Delaware, then drive back up at rush hour to pick up my car. If my car wasn't going to be ready when promised, I should have been notified ahead of time instead of finding out right when I was supposed to be picking up. This was my first experience with your service department and it is unlikely that I will return. More
