Comprehensive Service Extraordinaire! Brought my MDX in for standard A13 service. Wanted to check on some Zurich Shield coverage I bought back in 2015. I didn't have my contract and this was before the contracts where documented electronically. The Finance manager dug through the paper archives to find my original contract (took him about 20 mins) and recovered it. There was nothing in this extra effort for Piazza money wise so this is an example of honest customer service. Also, I buy my tires from Costco but Costco doesn't do tire alignment which you sometimes should get after buying new tires. When you drive into Piazza it takes pictures of your alignment so you don't have buy an alignment if you don't need one. But if you do, you get an early warning of potentially bad tire wear. More

Accommodating, knowledgeable, pragmatic. I have owned my Acura for over 12 years and have been servicing it there regularly. I did not even buy my Acura at this dealership. The service provided by Stuart is excellent and that is why I return even for things I can get done cheaper elsewhere. He suggests things but does not push them. I also have a Ford Raptor for which I paid over $75K and service at the Ford dealership. The difference in dealerships is profound; the Ford dealership acts like you are doing them a favor by going there. I appreciate the service at Piazza Acura so much more. Keep up the good work! More

I went in for routine service — oil change and tire rotation. Was promptly greeted at my car, quickly checked in at the service desk, and was out of there in a jiffy.
