Trying to get this appointment was horrendous. My car was due for service in august. I called in early September and tried to make an appointment for my inspection etc and then also wanted the wor My car was due for service in august. They said that they would need the car the entire day and informed that I needed a rental. He put me on a hold and then came back to say that we would need to confirm the rental then would give Me a call back to confirm the appointment that he was trying to schedule for the upcoming Wednesday. I never got a call back. I had to call back in order to get someone to get my appointment scheduled etc. it’s really unacceptable in terms of Acura customer service. And I’ve been coming to piazza Acura for years. More

Piazza Acura always schedules my car in a timely manner and accommodates when I need a loaner which makes a huge difference in being able to get my car in for service. I have a 2016 Acura TLX approx. 68,000 miles. The car has been driving very rough & jerky for about a year and just recently the car actually started losing power & dying while goi 68,000 miles. I have brought the car to Acura in West Chester at least five times if not more & being told nothing is wrong. The last visit I was told that they fixed the issue & charged me for the service. Unfortunately the car is not fixed at all & getting worse. Acura considers themselves a luxury brand, yet their cars start dying under 70k miles? Now I am stuck with a defective vehicle. Extremely disappointing. Will never purchase another Acura again. More
