When I walked in, service department was very busy, did not have any loaner cars but said they would try to get me one, even though I did not pre-reserve one. I had a wood-grain steering wheel and shift knob installed at this location. Overall installation of parts look great. The only thing that kept me from rating the quality of work with a "5" was th installed at this location. Overall installation of parts look great. The only thing that kept me from rating the quality of work with a "5" was that I noticed that my taupe leather interior on my driver seat, the leather door panel and headliner was very dirty from the service. Nothing a little water and leather cleaner couldn't get out but still, unnecessary. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and customer support. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there! More

Service experience has been positive so far through first 2 visits. Quick and courteous, and took time to explain wha was done and why. they were proactive in replacing a battery with a dead cell under warra 2 visits. Awful experience, this dealership is the definition of sleaze. When purchasing my new Acura, I went round and round with the salesman Cornelius who let me know my vehicle would be in stock and ready f sleaze. When purchasing my new Acura, I went round and round with the salesman Cornelius who let me know my vehicle would be in stock and ready for me to come in and purchase on Saturday. I call in Saturday and guess who doesn't work even work the weekends? I speak to another rep who tells me my vehicle is in stock, I let him know that this better be exactly the vehicle I have requested, I get in there and they pull the bait and switch "We actually don't have a Black TSX with Navigation, we'd need to order that for you, we have one without ready for you!" Stupidly, I bought the car due to my own excitement which the dealership played off. Three years later I am ready to purchase my vehicle off of lease, I am told by Piazza Acura that my vehicle needs a "Safety Check" before they will allow me to PURCHASE MY CAR OFF LEASE. Yes that's right, they are requiring a Safety Check in order for me to buy the vehicle. Fine, I was OK with the dealer checking my car to see how much vested interest they have in it before deciding if they want to sway me to trade the car in.. I knew I was going to buy the car and couldn't be persuaded because its well above bluebook worth but when I arrive at the dealership, another surprise, the "Safety Check" costs $102! So I'm going to pay Piazza Acura so they can decide whether they want to try to screw me more and con me into trading my car in. I'm sure my transmission would be slipping or something had I took the car in for Safety Check, "this car isn't safe, you should trade it in for a new TL lease!" Amazing. When will dealers realize that repeat business is more important than a quick buck? I will never purchase a car from a Piazza Dealership again, and neither should you. More
We purchased a Used Acura from Precision Acura of Princeton. Shortly after 2 months the transmission broke. We contacted Precision Acura and were told to bring it to the closest dealer which was Piaz Princeton. Shortly after 2 months the transmission broke. We contacted Precision Acura and were told to bring it to the closest dealer which was Piazza Acura. After diagnosis Piazza confirmed the transmission was bad along with a broked motor mount and rear strut. Precision Acura would give us no help and said it was our problem. The cost of the repair was $4800. Piazza Acura was willing to go to bat for us and negotiated a repair price with Acura Corp. that was just a fraction of the original price. When Precision Acura let us down, Piazza Acura stepped up to the plate. They even gave us a brand new 2010 Acura TL as a loaner car while ours was being repaired. John in the service deptartment was great. Thanks! More

I went here because of a flat tire, and they suggested that I get a new sets of windshield wipers. I told them that I recently had purchased a new windshield wipers a month ago, but they insisted that the one I have is not working properly. I could not believe what I was hearing, because I had just used them a day before and they were perfectly fine. When I got my car back my BRAND NEW windshield wipers were broken! The rubber lining were torn apart. I could only imagine that they broke it so I would buy windshield wiper from them. The length these crooks will go to earn profit!! I will NEVER recommend this shop, nor will I ever take any of my cars here! More
Awful service. I reported them to Acura Corporate how they intentionally mis-diagnose the situation so they can lure me to buying parts from them that I don't need. They said they rotated my tires, but they didn't know I marked the tires with a light marker... when i got the car back, the tires where the same and never touched. Seriously, go to another dealer! bunch of scammers! More
