I have been dealing with Piazza Acura of West Chester since 2004. In that time, I have owned three Acuras purchased from Piazza, currently driving a 2010 RL. I brought my Acura 2008 TL in for multiple service treatments. I did not have an appointment, but used the express service. The express service is great. The parts I have purchased have been reasonably priced. Although the upgrade to my nav is too expensive. Overall great car, great service, great dealership. Used the Express Service which is so convenient- Mr. Mertoli was exceptionally nice to deal with and had me out the door in 20 minutes. Didn't have time to finish my coffee! As a consumer in the "senior" category, I have had experience with many different dealers over the years from Audi to Cadillac to Linco exceptional. I have found their work to be top quality. My husband has been a car enthusiast for over 50 years and has restored collectible cars both mechanically and cosmetically. He is also very impressed by the service at Piazza Acura, and believe me, that is no small feat! We would most certainly recommend this dealership to all.
