I have been to this dealership several times for a oil change and various maintenance for my Acura TL. I have always had a great experience with each visit. West Chester Acura's service team continues to impress me. My wife and I purchased a 2004 MDX there, and have enjoyed servicing our vehicle there as their staff continues to be pleasant, prompt and relia me. I've given them a 5 for all categories, save quality of work, save price, as I feel their costs could be more competitive for some of the basic maintenance items, like inspections/emissions, or replacing brake pads. However, for the convenience and outstanding customer service, and ensuring my now six-year-old, 120k mile vehicle stays in top shape, it's been worth it. More

Mr. Mertoli was very friendly and informative. I had my car serviced for a routine oil change and inspection. The associate explained each point of inspection to me. I felt no pressure to purchase that day, and the associate even informed me that I could have the filters changed at my next service appointment. I purchased one of the filters that day. After a few experiences at Piazza Acura of West Chester, I will not take my car anywhere else. This dealer offers multiple coupons that can be used together, which is another positive. The service is great. The employees are friendly and honest. I have 5 Acuras in my family. This dealer has made owning my first car and Acura a joy. More
